OA Matthew Harris returned to speak with Year 12 students about his experiences both at Aldenham and throughout his professional career. Reflecting on his time at school, Matthew emphasised the importance of building strong relationships, embracing opportunities beyond the classroom and developing the personal qualities that underpin long-term success. He shared highlights from his own career journey, focusing on themes of resilience, learning from failure and pursuing work that is both meaningful and enjoyable. Drawing on examples of well-known figures who overcame setbacks before achieving success, he encouraged students to view challenges as opportunities for growth.
